Rain... we finally have some water raining down on us. The soil gets rejuvenated and the plants are refreshed. Our durians for this round is limited and we should be tasting some in a few weeks time.
Meanwhile Ginger is back from her vacation at my sister's place and is adapting well to our home, she is the privileged one. She gets to stay indoors and has a dedicated fan to keep her cool and comfortable. So far only Gordon has had the chance to be around her, Daisy in her usual self is quite agressive towards new additions. I should be moving the silkies away from our internal garden this coming week so that the golden gets to come into the garden and play with Ginger.
There is much to build and construct here and we are proceeding rather slowly I must say, having say that there is progress and we are moving forward. Sustainable living off the land is no easy task and doesn't happen overnight. Takes a lot of effort and sacrifices..
