Lama...

Had been busy with all sorts lately at the farm. We did quite a fair bit of clearing, it is amazing how fast the weeds, grass and all sorts of shrubs grow. Funny but only the stuff you do not want seems to be growing super fast while the ones which you planted are barely surviving. Guess it is just my perception but it really is an uphill task to plant trees.
The latest batch of chicks arrived last Tuesday, the land having rested for more than 3 months will get another month of rest before the chicks are allowed to graze on it. Our program basically means we would have intermittent disruption of supply but it is one of many steps we take to ensure the birds are healthy when they reach our customers.
Would be going to up north to join in the annual grave cleaning exercise today. Would be back in 1 day or two. Internet connection is erratic lately due to the cdma antenna being blown out of alignment by strong winds. Have adjusted it but the signal is still not satisfactory. Blogging is tough under such circumstances. Take care and God Bless!
