Sunday. Normally a day when I take early morning walks around the land. A foggy morning as I went down to the pond. The pond is awfully quiet, except for the occasion ripple from the fishes, the loud splashing sounds from Furry lunging into the waters from the banks is sadly missed. This silence is certainly deafening and reflects how mush we will miss her. I sat on the stone bank while feeding the fishes, for some funny reason Ranger our Rotweiler chose to stand next to me instead of indulging in his habitual eating of ‘junk’ found all over the land. Anyway, we went out to the Sunday market to buy some stuff and to have our breakfast. Wife is making ‘Mook Shue Goe’ today from some of the tapioca which I dug up last evening.
Be encouraged that the God we serve is indeed the true and living God, lift up your eyes and look to the hills from where your rescue shall come. He will deliver us and lift us up.
We miss her
