A note from Kuantan

Mates, am here in Kuantan sitting having my coffee fix at Starbucks. Since I am waiting here for my better half, I might as well do some updates.
First things first, tubewell. We did some exploration over two days, quite a few holes were dug and all yielded no water, some as deep as 36 feet. At the point of desperation, one more location was selected and PTL! we managed to hit the water carrying sand layer. Though the estimated yield is only 300-500gallons per hour, I am glad it wasn't money spent for nothing. Exploration cost us MYR3500 so far. Now it is getting the pump and installing the necessary pipes. Kind of a back up supply for us.
Puppies are doing well and soon they would be vaccinated and microchip inserted. Hopefully we can get good homes for them.
