Perfect Sleep

Had what you would call a perfect sleep last night. I had no difficulty falling into deep sleep the moment I got into bed. Got up this morning feeling fresh and well rested. This is but one benefit of the good old vigorous physical work under the bright shining sun, it wasn't scorching though and the breeze was cool and gentle. Felt really good after this session of work. I would definitely propose this remedy to all those who have difficulty sleeping.. it is better than depending on drugs. All you need is a project and instead of getting your usual team of contractors, workers and then paying them to 'dig the hole', you just .. well, proceed to do it yourself, you get an exhilarating kick out of it, amongst others, you get to dig as deep as you want, as big as you want and best thing is, you did it all by yourself.

Your body gets the work it badly needs, detoxifies itself and prime itself for more to come. Some of you may wonder what am I talking about.. well if you need to ask then you probably won't get it. Along with the prophet, I planted a total of 10 coconut saplings, 4 breadfruit trees, 2 mangosteen trees, 3 soursop trees and 246 square feet of grass... all in a day lasting 9-5 with short breaks in between. Of course I had the help of the prophet, he is a blessing to me. He is truly God sent and a true brother. We started this project last Tuesday where we managed to buy the stuff and proceeded on to plant 354 square feet of grass, we had to break them into small lumps and spread them out to cover as much area as possible forming an irregular grid-like pattern. The fruits of our labour would only be seen in 6-10 years time but we are already reaping some of the effects, a good physical workout, fresh air, cool breeze, loads of sweat and well, a perfect sleep. You ought to try it sometime..
