Getting Rid of What Divides Us

Receive some feedback on my previous blog and these were all valid, pardon me for sounding negative, it all started from a man who made the remark that he does not trust the chinese to honour his word and that they are all crooks... I was more sad then disturb as I am pretty sure that remark came from his experiences of past. Someone must have done something repeatedly to leave such a deep suspicion in this man. Well, I for one have done the opposite by showing him that not all chinese are as what he perceives to be. The race driven print media aren't helping one bit in this area of nation building. I feel that all malaysians of sound mind should come together and exchange views, use our grey matter to form some sort of a practical initiative to reverse the damage done among our people. That would be a more worthwhile malaysia boleh project. I really do not know where and how to start but personally I will do what I can..

Reject communal politics, politicians who plays the racial card as well
Look into the issues from a new perspective and not through racial tints
Fight against injustice irregardless of race
Speak out for the oppressed and marginalized irregardless of race
Give to those in need and not look at who is in need
Identify yourself as merely a mortal, human being created by God to reflect his attributes.. with a relatively short time here on earth to make a difference
Correct those around you who are racist
Be a friend to all
Look beyond the surface
Change the man in the mirror
