Took a three day break from the normal routine of working the land. My ‘Ah Jeh’ from Klang came over with her family on Saturday and stayed here with us for two nights. Will miss them as they left for home just awhile ago, btw it is 2142hrs now, the 14th day of the third month 2005. we did a lot of eating, playing with the dogs, a bit of fishing and yes! Playing bumper car on the PS2 that my nephew brought with him. It was a good time and I will cherish these times… It is summer here, really scorching sun and hot, hot weather, it rained this evening and brought some relief to us, there’s a nice cool breeze blowing now and a fitting end to my day. Will go to bed early tonight as I would be leaving for KL tomorrow morning for a meeting, My beloved wife would also be driving down for two nights to attend to her work. It is tough on her and I hope God will have mercy and bless her…
I think life is too short to be thinking of sad stuff, things that we can’t change, the negative side of life, might be better for us to consciously focus on the positive, enjoy the good and happy moments, have the courage to accept the bad that comes along. It is sad that how we often allow ourselves to be dragged under the currents of human weaknesses and sink in despair. God forgive us and help me to be a blessing to those around me. Tonight, I pray for mercy on all of us. Good night!
