enjoyed my day...

got home 10:40pm. we went down to town to spend time with my family in celebration of the mid-autumn otherwise known as mooncake festival. it is nice to be with the family, we litted lanterns, hung them around and had chinese tea, washing down the mooncakes. oh! before that, eldest sis made the traditional bamboo shoot dumpling for all of us, think i should call it dumpling as i have absolutely no idea what it is called. the kids had good fun, the adults too while mum & dad is happy that their kids and their kid's kids are back to celebrate together. wife had to stay behind for work in town tomorrow so i get to come home alone. it was a long drive but my trusty ipod kept me awake and entertained as i drive. i treasure times such as these, it brings everyone closer together. family and friends, they keep us sane in this crazy place called earth!
