apologies for the silence. the farmer had to take on a different role of attending to work in the big city. seriously he isn't loving it. traveling back and forth, leaving his beloved dogs, the only bright spark is the fact that his better half is in the city. the situation will persist at least for another 3 weeks before he gets to concentrate on the simple, good, physical work here at the farm.
a big rubber tree fell last night and part of the fence is down, spent the first half of the day cutting the tree and removing the debris. hope to at least prop up the fence till we have time to rebuild it. the brush cutter was put to good use in the evening and i managed to trim quite a fair bit of the long, overgrown grass and weeds. life is such, every situation that presents itself is for our good. we just have to realize it. me? i was blessed with more physical work and get to practice juggling... soon i get to play court jester!
