Between the three of us, we shared a total of 7 durians. You have to eat the fruit right after they drop from the tree, that's the only way you can get the creamy, full bodied taste of the fruit,,, minus the watery pulp associated with 'expired' durians. We had it the night before, yesterday morning and last night after hearing a loud thud I took my torch and went out to pick yet another delicious aromatic fruit 'RAJA'. In a week or two, the other trees would most probably yield their fruits and we will be having durians for breakfast, lunch, tea and dinner.. Heh!
Me wife made 'Rat noodle' for dinner last night and it was delicious! No rats were harm in the process for your infomation. No tough work today, got to rest my sore limbs for another busy week ahead. Will do some photography today. Cheers!
