Time so precious.

June 22nd 2004, was the day we made our move away from the city. Would you believe it? One whole year has pass us by, 365 days, 8760 hours,525600 minutes, it is amazing how we are so busy to notice that time does not wait for us and that many of us are so engrossed in doing things that does not matter instead of committing to what matters. In retrospect, I have no regrets to my move here though I am still figuring out how to make ends meet by the activities here at the farm. So far everything we do here draws from our savings and does not help to pay the bills. However, I am still forging ahead with the construction of various infrastructure which will eventually support some activities that will bring in some income. It is tough but I believe that God is using time to mold and shape me. I resist often but yield I must to His prefect will and wisdom.
Last few days was spent constructing the dam, it is taking longer than expected but it is ok as we did not want to cut corners. It is practically up now, and we are building the reinforcements to make certain that it will stay in good order forever. Heh! Another few days and we will be ready to build the overflow pipes.
A few of the durian trees are providing fruits, yesterday we had 12 good fruits in the garage. Sad but it is a case of too little to sell and too much to consume. Well, I will be bringing these and whatever drops from now till tomorrow morning to KL tomorrow for our families and maybe friends. All the fruits are top quality, chemically free and safe for consumption. Hopefully, we could find people who wants to buy these 'rare' fruits.
The prophet and I will be doing some carpentry works in the afternoon as it is too hot to work outdoors on the dam. We normally start on the dam early morning and late evenings, working for 3 hours a stretch. Well, I ought to be off now. Take care all!

"The LORD will fulfill his purpose for me; your love, O LORD, endures forever— do not abandon the works of your hands."
Psalms 138:8
