Expired salt...

Good morning! yep! I'm in town today and have the benefit of broadband. It is a nice change from the CDMA connection at home. There are times when the line is connected but no data packets are sent or received. Funny but I guess that's the way it is with our ISP.
Was reading through the blogs when I first started and I realized how much I have changed. I mean when I started to blog, I wanted to give my 2 cents worth of comments and views on the current issues of the country. These days I write more about my own experiences and observations. Less criticism of the leaders and policies... Guess I have come to accept the reality of it. That change is only possible if it happens from within and changes are something we all resist unless it is forced upon us by situations or crisis. What do you think? Do we have the capacity to effect change in our lives and the society we live in on our own accord? I mean when we are so comfortable with our bourgeois lifestyle, will we rock the boat? Ha! Change we must whether we like it or not. Nope! Don't think I want to go deeper than what I have written.
Here are some changes I see in my life which I would like to share...

Then and Now

lots of hair, negligible hair
fat, less fat
fair, tanned
talk too much, trying to listen more
fast to act, wait and see
impulsive, escape key whenever possible

however some things don't change...

fooling around, still fooling around
likes new toys, give me more

Guess I am still undergoing change. Where I stay now, there are many moments for reflection and I think I value people, friends and family more these days. I am more patient thanks to my dogs. Opps! Got to go... Take care all!
